about

Starting
with the right idea

The presence of tiny plastic particles, called microplastics, in the wastewater continues to be a growing concern all over the world. The widespread plastic pollution has been recently reported to interfering with the health of living organisms and the environment.

Microplastics have recently been shown to have negative impacts on human health. The physical presence of microplastics and in our bodies and harmful chemical additives bound to the microplastics are the concerning areas when it comes to human health.

Membrane Bio Reactors (MBR) combine membranes with the initial process of an activated sludge method to make the recycling of water more efficient. Microfiltration membrane bioreactors (MBRs), a technology that has been increasingly used in the past ten years, mitigates and overcomes many of the limitations of conventional systems. These systems have the advantage of combining a suspended
biological reactor with solids removal through membrane filtration.

Our mission aligns with the 6th Sustainable Development Goal that stands for

“Ensuring availability and sustainable management of water and sanitation for all.”

TIPS and Rewinding Unit

The process of rewinding the HF membrane that was winding in bobbin per length based on the number of Filament designed.

Fiber Cutting

The process consists of cutting plexiglass and sealing the bundle of the HF membrane.

Potting machine

The process consists of fixing the Hollow Fiber Membrane in Plexiglass housing (pre-cut) by Centrifugal force and the process of a finished product by cutting the potting edge.
